This Privacy Policy explains how Halfmoonyolo Limited, doing business as Halfmoon (“Halfmoon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with our websites, documentation, application programming interfaces, software development kits, smart-contract interfaces, quote-and-fill services, business onboarding, and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Policy does not apply to third-party wallets, applications, exchanges, token issuers, blockchain networks, market makers, or other services that may integrate with or link to the Services. Those parties process information under their own privacy policies.

1. Who Is Responsible for Your Information

The controller or business responsible for personal information covered by this Policy is:

Halfmoonyolo Limited

Privacy Contact: official@halfmoondex.comWebsite: https://halfmoondex.com/

In some business integrations, another organization may determine how and why personal information is processed. In that situation, that organization may be an independent controller, and you should review its privacy policy.

2. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with the Services.

2.1 Blockchain and Transaction Information

We may process:

•public wallet addresses;

•token contract addresses, transaction hashes, timestamps, amounts, and status;

•blockchain network, smart-contract, approval, and settlement activity; and

•other information recorded on or derived from a public blockchain.

Public blockchains are transparent and generally immutable. Blockchain information may remain publicly accessible even if you stop using the Services. Although a wallet address does not directly state your name, it may be linked to you through your activity or information available from other sources.

2.2 Quote, Order, and Service-Usage Information

We may process:

•assets, amounts, quote requests, quote responses, and order or fill information;

•timestamps, routing information, slippage or price parameters, and settlement results;

•API calls, integration identifiers, error logs, and performance information; and

•wallet or application interactions with the Services.

2.3 Device, Network, and Technical Information

When you access the Services, we or our service providers may automatically collect:

•IP address;

•browser type, operating system, device type, and language settings;

•pages viewed, referring URLs, interaction events, and session timestamps;

•cookie or similar-technology identifiers; and

•security, diagnostics, and server-log information.

We may use IP addresses and related information to maintain security, prevent abuse, understand approximate location, and enforce geographic restrictions. We do not describe IP addresses as anonymous unless they have been irreversibly anonymized.

2.4 Business and Integration Information

If you request an integration, become a market maker, use developer services, or otherwise interact with us in a business capacity, we may collect:

•name, work email address, telephone number, job title, and organization;

•business, technical, liquidity, and integration requirements;

•account or API credential information;

•due-diligence, compliance, sanctions-screening, or verification information where required; and

•contracts, invoices, billing details, and records of business communications.

2.5 Communications and Support Information

If you contact us, join a community channel, complete a form, or request support, we may collect your contact details, message content, attachments, and related correspondence.

2.6 Information from Other Sources

We may receive information from:

•integrators and business partners;

•market makers and liquidity providers;

•blockchain analytics, fraud-prevention, sanctions-screening, and security providers;

•public blockchains and publicly available sources; and

•service providers acting on our behalf.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice when information is collected from another source.

3. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

1.provide, operate, maintain, and support the Services;

2.process quote requests, route orders, facilitate on-chain settlement, and display transaction status;

3.authenticate integrations, manage API access, and administer business relationships;

4.monitor availability, performance, capacity, and reliability;

5.identify, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and prohibited activity;

6.apply sanctions screening, geographic restrictions, and other compliance controls where required;

7.respond to inquiries, support requests, and business communications;

8.analyze and improve the Services and develop new features;

9.enforce our agreements and protect our users, partners, rights, and property;

10.comply with law, regulation, court orders, and lawful government requests; and

11.carry out a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

We may aggregate or anonymize information so that it can no longer reasonably identify you and use that information for lawful purposes, including analytics, security, and service improvement.

We do not use personal information for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following:

•Contract: processing necessary to provide requested Services or perform an agreement with you;

•Legitimate interests: operating, securing, improving, and protecting the Services and managing business relationships, where those interests are not overridden by your rights;

•Legal obligation: complying with applicable laws, sanctions, regulatory requirements, or lawful requests;

•Consent: where we specifically request consent, including for non-essential cookies where required; and

•Protection of rights: establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims and protecting persons, property, and systems.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal or processing based on another lawful ground.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to:

•enable essential website functions;

•maintain security and prevent abuse;

•remember preferences;

•understand performance and usage; and

•improve the Services.

We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising. Analytics services used by Halfmoon are configured to anonymize IP addresses where supported and minimize data retention.

Where required by law, we will ask for consent before using non-essential cookies. You may manage cookies through any consent tool we provide and through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect the Services.

6. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to:

1.Service providers: hosting, infrastructure, analytics, monitoring, communications, support, security, fraud-prevention, blockchain analytics, sanctions-screening, and professional-service providers that process information for us;

2.Integrators and transaction participants: wallets, applications, market makers, liquidity providers, token issuers, smart contracts, and blockchain networks where necessary to respond to a request, execute a transaction, or provide an integration;

3.Affiliates: companies under common control with Halfmoon, subject to this Policy or equivalent safeguards;

4.Authorities and other parties for legal reasons: courts, regulators, law-enforcement agencies, and other parties where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the Services;

5.Transaction counterparties: prospective or actual purchasers, investors, lenders, advisers, or other parties involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets; and

6.Other parties at your direction or with your consent.

Public blockchain transactions are visible to anyone and should not be treated as private. We do not control how independent third parties collect, use, or disclose public blockchain information.

7. International Data Transfers

We and our service providers may process personal information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.

Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and safeguards, which may include adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, contractual protections, and supplementary security measures. You may contact us to request information about applicable safeguards.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain security and business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by applicable law. Usage logs and analytics data are retained for a limited period and then anonymized or deleted.

Information recorded on a public blockchain is controlled by the relevant network rather than Halfmoon. We generally cannot modify or delete blockchain records.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These measures may include access controls, encryption, monitoring, secure-development practices, and vendor-management procedures, as appropriate to the nature of the information.

No method of transmission, storage, or processing is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your wallet, private keys, credentials, devices, and communications. Please contact us promptly at official@halfmoondex.com if you believe your interaction with the Services or information may have been compromised.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:

•request access to personal information we hold about you;

•request correction of inaccurate information;

•request deletion of personal information;

•object to or restrict certain processing;

•receive certain information in a portable format;

•withdraw consent;

•opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling activities where applicable;

•appeal our decision on a privacy request where applicable; and

•complain to a data-protection authority.

To exercise a right, contact official@halfmoondex.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

These rights may be limited where information is recorded on a public blockchain or where an exception applies. We will explain any applicable limitation in our response.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children or anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact official@halfmoondex.com so we can take appropriate action.

12. Automated Processing

We may use automated tools to detect security threats, screen wallet addresses, prevent fraud or abuse, and apply legal or geographic restrictions. If we use solely automated processing to make a decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects, we will provide any notice, safeguards, human review, and appeal rights required by law.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may link to or interoperate with third-party websites, wallets, applications, blockchain networks, token issuers, market makers, and other services. This Policy does not govern those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing information or initiating a transaction.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through Halfmoon’s official channels where required by law. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
